1. The Employee Engagement Survey is well under way and we have seen great response from all three campuses.  Please see the response rates below as of Monday, May 20. 

Hospital/Nurses’ Week was a great success!  Thank you to everyone who participated. I was impressed that all three campuses were able to incorporate and execute each activity.  Special thank you to everyone who helped coordinate a week full of enjoyable activities.

1.Want to Get Engaged? The Administrative team is actively learning how best to work among ourselves to address the concerns to help make DeKalb Medical a better place to work.  However, change within any organization takes time and we can neither make nor identify what needs to change by ourselves.  WE NEED YOUR HELP!  We will continue to address issues as they arise, but starting Wednesday, May 15, through Monday, June 3, you will have the opportunity to provide us with MORE feedback by participating in the 2013 Employee Engagement Survey.  I know the survey has been take

Congratulations to Becky Beagle who achieved her certification as a Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).  Becky is one of the highly-experienced performance improvement coordinators in the DeKalb Quality Institute and is part of a small, elite group of individuals who have received this specialized certification.  This certification demonstrates mastery in data management, analytics and reporting. Becky has demonstrated her competence once again as a Data Guru. Way to go Becky!
